Our company is a Member of the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG) and will bring a host of resources to assist you in your search. When you work with a professionally trained franchise consultant you are tapping into a franchise professional who has a process in place to help you succeed in your search for the right business.
Recently retired from Corporate America after spending 30 years in the Beauty Sector.
I bring to Franchising strong skills in collaborative relationship building with a client first mindset. Over the course of my 30 years in Corporate America I developed an expertise in strategic business planning and development, consumer marketing, team leadership and mentorship.
I now want to take my knowledge and experience from Corporate America and leverage it to mentor small business owners and entrepreneurs. My focus is to coach not only clients from Corporate America but also clients that want to leave their 9 to 5 job behind and transition to small business ownership through Franchising.
About Paul

I’m a Certified Franchise Consultant (CFC) and member of the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG). While going through the training and certification process, I quickly came to the realization that I wanted to be the first client for my new International Franchise Consulting Firm. After several months of brand research and due diligence I became an Owner/ Operator with Naturals2Go Vending.
As a National Franchise Consultant, I mentor and coach my clients through every step of the franchise search process from the initial client goal assessment phase through the many steps of due diligence which ultimately includes the signing of the Franchise Agreement and Grand Opening of their new business.
As a Certified SCORE Mentor, I also spend 8-10 hours a week mentoring Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners in my local community of South Florida. SCORE is a national organization with local chapters that offers Mentorship + Education for Small Business Owners and Entrepreneurs at no cost to mentees.
About Vincent

Vincent Jackson-Director, Client Education
As Director of Client Education at Career Transformation, I am accompanied by over 30 years of experience in learning and development.
A major portion of that experience was in the Foreign Language industry for 10 years in Italy serving as Director of Studies at two major language schools in Pisa and Rome.
I completed over 500, one-on-one sessions with adult learners wanting to enroll in a language program. Through those conversations, I outlined a program to help them achieve their learning objectives. Whether students wanted to pass an exam or learn a language for a vacation, my goal was always to create a safe environment for learning and to provide as many resources as possible. I also managed the teaching staff and their training & development to ensure they were prepared to guide students through the process to ensure objectives were successfully achieved.
By trade, I am an engineer after completing studies at Georgia Tech. Methodical by nature, helping others through a process is my strength.
I have been involved in education as a trainer or teacher since the start of my professional career, beginning in Engineering Sales at Dow Chemical Company to my current position with a financial reporting company.
I have been an instructor across many industries including chemicals, entertainment, IT and education. I also volunteer my time to tutor students in math.
Recently, I became a Naturals2Go Vending owner/operator. I am excited to embark on this business opportunity and look forward to all it provides me as I transition to small business ownership. Naturals2Go serves as a vehicle to help strengthen my retirement assets as well as an opportunity to transition out of my job in the financial industry.
When not working and being with friends and family, I take every opportunity to play tennis.
I have been lucky enough to travel the world to watch some of my favorite tennis tournaments. Unfortunately, I have not made it to Wimbledon . . . yet.
In the spring and summer, you can find me on the tennis court a couple of days a week.

- We’ll spend the time needed with you to understand what your goals are. Imagine buying a home or even a car without first stepping back to decide what you need and what your investment range should be? You owe it to yourself and your family to start your search with some guidelines in place–that is where we can help.
- After we understand what your personal and professional goals are, we’ll begin contacting franchisors on your behalf. You’ll never have to visit websites, request information and then wait around to see if a franchise is potentially the right fit–we’ll do all of that for you.
- We’ll show you franchises that you’d probably never even consider on your own. Yes, that is something that an experienced franchise professional, with a deeper understanding of the opportunities in today’s marketplace, will regularly do for their clients. If you love coffee, you’ll probably gravitate to a looking at coffee franchises, even though owning a coffee franchise has very little to do with loving coffee. You owe it to yourself to understand what franchise models best align with your existing skills and we’ll help get that picture into focus.
- If you need financing, we can refer you to 3rd party lenders who specialize in financing franchises. All too often someone’s life’s dream of franchise ownership is squashed by their local bank’s loan officer who many have little or no experience in lending to potential franchisees.
