Engage:

Our initial focus is to engage with you to review your goals, budget, previous experience and business category preferences. We will ask important questions and gather enough information to allow us to continue together in the process.

Collaborate:

After we have discussed your objectives and what you would like to accomplish, we collaborate with you and become your partner in your franchise search. We will begin researching brands and speaking with Franchisors on your behalf. We have the resources, tools, and experience that will help streamline the process. Once we have 3 to 4 Franchises that we feel meet your goals and objectives we will then move on to the next phase in our process.

Strategize:

We will work together and strategize to devise a plan based on your personal, career and financial objectives. Once aligned we determine and present the franchise models that will be the best fit for you and will discuss how each of these franchises can potentially meet your objectives.

Implement:

After we have coached and mentored you through the due diligence process you will be ready to Implement your plan. We will make the introductions for you to the Franchisors as well as Franchise Attorneys, Financial Funding Experts and CPA’s. When you go through the discovery process with the Franchisors you will learn about the franchise business model inclusive of technology, training and marketing support as well as daily activities of the Franchisees.

The entire process usually takes 2-3 months, and we will continue to coach your through the entire process to the eventual opening of your new business.
